My client a consulting firm specialising in delivering strategic change and transformation are looking to hire a Recruiter on 6 months ftc, because of rapid growth.

The role of the recruiter will include sourcing qualified resource aligned to project requirements, coordinating the hiring process, and applying advanced interviewing techniques.. Responsibilities

• Meet with managers and HR to discuss their hiring needs and formulate the hiring strategy
• Source qualified candidates via job sites, databases, networking etc.
• Liaise and manage with the PSL ensuring they are briefed on role requirements, timelines and skills required in a timely manner
• Select and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Help hiring teams interview candidates through various methods
• Advise hiring managers to help them make better hiring decisions
