due to increased demand from EU clients.

We are looking for an experienced
Recruiter
who understands volume recruitment and can work within a structured, fast-moving international recruitment operation.

What you will do:

• Source and screen candidates in LATAM for EU employers

(
hospitality,
manufacturing, logistics, construction)

• Conduct structured interviews and candidate pre-screening
• Prepare candidates for relocation and EU employment standards
