Heartwood Centre for Women (Heartwood) is a 30-inpatient bed, trauma informed, integrated treatment facility for women (19+), including members of Two-Spirit and gender-diverse communities, across who struggle with severe substance use and mental health challenges. What you’ll do 
Plan, implement and evaluate a goal oriented plan for assigned patients integrating recreation concepts and document assessment information, goals, interventions, statistics, and progress notes.
