Job Description
**Your Day To Day**
+ Assist, directs and maintains all aspects of the operations team/tasks across Club InterContinental by ensuring product quality and that optimum service is provided to all its guests in accordance with Brand standards, policies and guidelines established by IHG Hotels & Resorts.
+ At the start of each shift, verify the availability of supplies, restocking from the stockroom as needed.
+ Regularly inspect the swimming pool, gym, locker rooms, and common areas for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
+ Monitor and ensure proper functioning of all recreational equipment, reporting any issues or unsafe conditions promptly to the supervisor.
+ Log, secure, and process lost and found items according to the hotel's established procedures.
+ Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including maintaining chemical levels in the pool and following emergency response protocols.
