Job Description

SHANGRI-LA RESIDENCES, JAKARTA
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

To ensure the smooth daily operation, safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction within all recreational facilities, including the gym, swimming pool, kids' play area, recreation room, and tenant activity programs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

Minimum education: High school graduate 

At least 1 year of experience in recreation, hospitality, fitness center, sports club, academy, residential property or customer service operations (fresh graduates with part time or internship experiences are welcome to apply)

Certified First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage

Passion for working with children and organizing recreational activities
