Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the FITNESS CENTER at Sheppard AFB, TX. Must be able to work an uncommon tour of duty; includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities Performs and/or assists other recreation staff in the operation and maintenance of the Fitness Center. Duties include, but not limited to, the following: Serves as front desk attendant; ensures only authorized patrons us the facility and equipment; maintains reservation systems for courts and fields; issues and receives equipment; maintains indoor/outdoor facilities; ensures equipment is clean and in good repair; inventories and restocks equipment; provides list of needed equipment to supervisor. Performs opening and closing duties and daily cleaning of equipment and facility. Reports damage or broken equipment to supervisor.
