Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Community Center on Tyndall AFB, FL. Responsibilities Assists with daily operations, customer service, and recreational programming within the Community Center and Annex. Supports facility operations, gaming areas, movie theater activities, special events, and recreational programs while ensuring a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming environment for patrons. Provides direct customer support and assists staff with event setup, facility monitoring, and operational tasks. Greet patrons and provide professional customer service assistance. Monitor recreational areas to ensure compliance with facility rules and safety standards. Answer questions regarding programs, events, reservations, and facility usage.
