Qualification:

• B.com/BBA

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience as a recovery officer

Responsibilities:

• Receiving of O.T list and insert the pack/ procedure into the computer according to the surgery category and meet with families of patients related to the counseling of financial before surgery.
• Print the billing progress sheet around 9:30am daily in morning and view the inpatient billing status on daily basis and generate the computerized reminder slip as per requirements of further deposit.
• Confirmation of radiology and other costly medication approvals before proceeding into the patient account and coordinate with relevant.
• Provide the itemized bill including Pharmacy Drugs and disposable, Laboratory Investigation and Package details for patient satisfactions.
• Telephonic reminder due to non availability of families / or relevant of patient responsible.
