Role: Recovery Coordinator

Location: Hyndburn and Rossendale

Hours: 37.5 per week. Full‑time. Contract type: Permanent.

Responsibilities

About the role:

• Hold a caseload of service users and act as their main point of contact
• Supporting service users from point of entry into the service and through their treatment/recovery journey
• Providing screening, assessment, and recovery planning including onward referral
