Hours: Temporary full time for up to 18 months
What you’ll be doing:
- Release of Information from the patient record to applicable healthcare providers, employers, referral sources, etc. involved in the patient’s care
- Provide information relating to the patient files to internal physicians and other healthcare providers involved in the circle of care
