Role Description Statement

The Record to Report Team Lead (RTR) is responsible for overseeing and controlling the RTR processes performed in the Center of Excellence. The professional acts as a Team Lead for the RTR staff in the Center of Excellence (CoE) while making sure that processes remain aligned and that global process standards are “anchored”. Key processes in scope for RTR CoE are i.e. Support the month end closing activities, Process management, accounts reconciliations and governance around RTR processes.
