Record To Report Team Lead (CPA)

The Record-to-Report Team Lead ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting in line with local IFRS principles. Manage end-to-end record-to-report processes, establish service metrics, and drive efficiency in our finance operations. Leading process execution and transformation initiatives. RTR Team Lead oversee corporate and local closing, ledger reconciliations, journal entries, chart of accounts, accruals, provisions, and statutory reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Employee will:

• Manage the month-end closing process, management information and presentation (WD4)
• Ensure SLA Processes are met in terms of Accuracy and Timeliness (WD4)
• Assist in annual audit requirements substantiation
• Manage records retention of assigned OpCos
• Assist the CGS RTR Manager in RTR process improvements including system automation projects and reports automation
