Job Description
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- English B2 + (INDISPENSABLE).
- Work experience in the area of customer service or human talent.
- Intermediate digital skills.
- Basic knowledge of social networks, job sites, customer service, and office software.
- The person has high frustration tolerance, works under pressure, and has goal orientation.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Bilingual recruiting.
- Direct contact with companies remotely, supporting in the resolution of doubts and receiving orders
- Support the U.S. offices in customer service.
- Follow-up on confirmations and logistics of each company's employee to keep orders in shape and always updated.
- Analyze the human logistics needs of the companies and maintain a priority level of responsiveness to the client's operational needs.
**Salary**: $12,000 per month
Schedules: Morning and Evening (Rotation)
