This position is ideal for professionals with experience in fast-paced environments such as RPO, staffing agencies, or high-volume recruitment teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct headhunting and proactive outreach to attract top talent
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet hiring targets
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within RPO or staffing environments
- Proven experience in headhunting and multi-channel sourcing
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, OCC Mundial, Computrabajo, and similar tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- English proficiency at B2+ / C1 level preferred
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented
