We are looking for a polished, reliable Corporate Receptionist to manage the front desk of our regional facility. This is a traditional reception role with a unique twist: you will be the absolute anchor of our lobby, but you will also be trained to handle basic Human Resources administrative tasks directly from your desk as needed.
If you love running a front office but want a role that gives you exposure to corporate HR operations, this position offers the perfect balance of stability and skill-building.
What You’ll Be Doing: Your primary focus is managing the front of the house. You will greet arriving corporate guests, manage building security badges, handle incoming phone lines, and oversee daily mail and package logistics. You will also keep our main lobby and conference rooms organized and professional.
