Receptionist / Administrator
Location: Stratum Clinic Wokingham
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, working shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm covering 5 days per week Monday to Saturday
Salary: £26,728
Role Responsibilities
- Check in patients, manage appointments (bookings, follow-ups, cancellations), and ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally, directing queries appropriately and providing accurate information to patients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Post letters, handle documentation, audit trails, and consultant referral/charge sheets accurately.
- Assist with doctors’ and nurses’ administrative needs and responding to queries.
- Understand self-funding/insured patient processes, take payments/deposits, process refunds, and liaise with the bookings team.
