Qualifications
- The Receptionist greets visitors and maintains visitors' logs.
- Answers and correctly routes calls.
- Responds to internal and external inquiries and distributes accurate information.
- May perform some administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, receiving and sending mail and packages.
- May help to complete security procedures such as issuing badges or visitor passes.
- Answers and correctly routes and / or transfer the calls; takes accurate messages.
- Performs electronic and hard copies filing of information.
- Sorts and delivers mail received and sent by the office.
- Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School or equivalent
- 0-1 years of general work experience
- 2+ years of experience in office related position
- Any Office Management certificate
