**Receptionist position**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Handle reservations and guest requests
- Maintain a smooth and efficient front desk operation
- Provide excellent customer service with a welcoming attitude
- Provide concierge services, including arranging activities, tours, and local recommendations
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in customer service or reception
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Scandinavian language skills are a plus
- Independent, solution-oriented, and able to handle hectic situations
- Able to work any shifts, including daytime, evenings, weekends, and nights if needed
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach
