Receptionist

Serco Limited. Location: Oswestry Leisure Centre, Oswestry, SY11 4QB. Salary: £8 to £12.71 per hour plus excellent benefits. Schedule: Part-time, bi-weekly rotating schedule: Monday 16:30-19:30, Wednesday 16:30-19:30, Saturday 07:45-12:45 and Saturday 09:00-12:00.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service face to face and over the telephone.
• Manage reception duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle cash transactions and follow financial procedures accurately.
• Support colleagues across the team when required.
• Maintain a safe and compliant environment in line with policies and procedures.
• Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders to deliver consistent service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strong customer service in a front‑facing environment.
