Les Rocquettes Hotel are looking to recruit a confident and friendly experienced hotel receptionist to join our busy team.

Duties

• Answering telephone calls, taking reservations and amending bookings
• Providing requested information
• Offering great levels of customer service to ensure satisfactory experience
• Advising on packages and offers for guests and non-guests
• General admin associated with day to day tasks

Ideal Candidate

• Previous hotel experience at least 2 years preferred
• Team player but able to work on own initiative
• Organised, self-motivated and able to prioritise own workload
• Good computer skills
• Great telephone manner
• Able to work shifts and weekends on a rota basis
