Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures
Handle reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries
Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
Maintain guest records and update booking systems
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
Ensure reception area is organized and presentable at all times
