Receptionist at Briggs Lodge Care Home, Devizes. Salary £13.30 per hour.

Your role

• Welcome residents, relatives and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Support customers by answering queries and offering clear, helpful information.
• Carry out a range of administrative tasks to keep the home running smoothly.
• Use your IT skills to manage emails, records and documents confidently.
• Work closely with colleagues to create a friendly, supportive front‑of‑house experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service setting.
• Confident using IT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Warm and approachable with strong people skills.
• Organised and able to manage a variety of tasks calmly and efficiently.
• Caring, enthusiastic and self‑motivated with a desire to make a positive difference.
