Job Description
- Handle front counter duties and attend to telephone, parents', students', and public enquiries
- Monitor and submit daily attendance reports for students and staff
- Support the smooth and efficient operations of the General Office
- Receive incoming goods, arrange storage, and inform relevant staff of deliveries
- Perform general administrative duties such as data collation, filing, printing, and data entry
- Provide basic first aid support to students when required
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the reporting officer or school leaders
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N Level qualification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Fluent in spoken and written English and one additional language
- Ability to multitask and manage a range of administrative duties
