Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive front desk service to parents, students, and visitors
- Handle enquiries, calls, and messages with clear communication
- Attend to sick or injured students and maintain sick bay records
- Support general office administration (mail sorting, deliveries, student records)
- Maintain records for keys, lockers, and lost & found items
- Monitor and replenish first aid supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in receptionist or administrative roles
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Good verbal and written English communication
- Additional local language is an advantage
- Able to multitask and work independently
- First Aid knowledge preferred
