Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Provide professional front desk service by greeting and assisting visitors Handle incoming calls, route messages, and respond to enquiries Manage visitor access and maintain security awareness Receive, record, and sort mail/deliveries escalate suspicious items when required Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the reception area and equipment Monitor staff movements to support visitor coordination Manage inventory and consumables for the reception area Perform administrative and ad hoc clerical duties Support boardroom meetings (attendee coordination, setup, and liaison) Requirements: Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 3 credits (including English) Prior receptionist or office-related experience preferred Good communication skills in English (Mandarin/Malay is an advantage) Professional, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented Additional Information: Uniform and name tag will be provided Must adhere to grooming and appearance standards
