Job Description
Qualifications: Preferably 2 years experience in guest-facing/Guest Services/Front Desk at an International 5 star/Luxury establishment. Basic accounting knowledge Must be a strong administrator Moral integrity is required Excellent fluent English (verbal and written). Advanced language skills in one of Spanish, Portuguese, German , French are highly desirable. Ability to be adaptable to change, quick thinking, able to make decisions under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail. Well organized, self managed and motivated. Handle multiple demands, remain calm and effective under pressure and resolve issues quickly. Responsibilities: Responsible to provide exceptional guest services at the reception desk. Assists with and coordinates guests needs and requirements ensuring that all are met and the needs of the guest are observed in the delivery of the highest possible service.
