We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Full-Time or Part-time Receptionist to be part of a fast-paced environment and a welcoming face to our clients and their pets!

Our much-loved customer care team are the integral front-line of our entire hospital, and as such, are busy, busy, busy! The successful candidate will be critical in ensuring our clients receive outstanding customer service. You will be dedicated, conscientious, with a genuine love for animalsand effective in your written and verbal communication with clients and other hospital staff.

About your role:

• Permanent Full-time or Part-time roles available
• A range of shifts, 6am - 4pm, 7am - 5pm, 8am - 6pm, 9am - 7pm, 11am - 9pm, 12pm - 10pm, 1pm - 11pm including occasional weekends and public holidays
• Handling a high volume of inbound calls and email enquiries
