Role Overview

We are seeking a professional and well‑organised Receptionist / Administrator to join the administration team. This role is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front‑office experience while supporting general administrative functions.

Duties

  • Manage incoming calls via the switchboard and handle general correspondence
  • Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
