Contract: Permanent (Operating hours are between 7 AM to 6 PM, you will be scheduled to work a 7‑hour shift within this time window)

About The Role

You will be responsible for welcoming all visitors visiting Cambridge University Press & Assessment.

As Part Of This Role

• Provide a warm welcome to all customers, delivering a consistently high standard ensuring a positive visitor experience and customer satisfaction, promoting customer advocacy and maximising value of reception.
