**SUMMARY**

· Responsible for accurate and safe receipt of incoming raw materials, ingredients, packaging supplies, and other items into the commissary.

· Supports food safety, traceability, and production readiness by inspecting deliveries, verifying documentation, and staging materials for use.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

· Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and delivery documents.

· Check temperature, condition, packaging integrity, expiration dates, and food safety compliance upon arrival.

· Unload trucks safely using pallet jacks or other approved equipment.

· Document and label received items to maintain traceability and inventory accuracy.

· Stage materials in designated storage or production areas per daily production needs.
