Job Responsibilities Accept the consignment against Delivery Order/Note or Packing List Unpack and check the delivered items are correct with respect to part numbers, description, specification and quality as stated on the DO/Note or Packing List In case any discrepancies found - all must be reported into the claim database Inspect visually the condition of parts received particularly for any transit damage Checks the appropriate ARC/release note/Certificate of Conformance are provided for items. Contact the Quality Dept. in the event of missing or wrong certificates For shelf life controlled items, ensure remaining shelf life meets minimum requirement Report any Suspected Unapproved Parts to the Manager (Director) - Quality. Perform Goods Receipt into SAP. Ensure all shelf life data are captured for all shelf life controlled items.
