Receiver Specialist

Scope of Position

This role is part of the warehouse team, responsible for managing the physical and systematic flow of critical inbound materials, including PCBs, components, mechanical hardware, and chemicals. It requires ensuring that all incoming items are accurate, properly identified, undamaged, and that inventory accuracy is maintained. The role supports contract management activities, including reviewing, maintaining, and updating in‑house contracts with external vendors. It collaborates with sales, manufacturing, operations, and warehouse teams to drive continuous improvement and provides backup coverage for shipping functions during peak periods. The position reports to the Manufacturing and Warehouse Manager and is onsite in Vernon, BC, Canada. There are no direct reports. Primary Job Duties And Responsibilities
