The Building People, LLC seeks a Realty Specialist to perform real property transactions and management activities in support of government facility operations. The Realty Specialist performs tasks including acquisition by lease, acquisition of property interests, compliance inspections and inventory activities, disposal and transfer of property out of federal ownership, and preparation of documents, records research, and data management in support of those activities.
