Reality Capture - BIM Specialist (remote)

Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate BIM models from point cloud data (Scan to BIM) across architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines.
• Create BIM models with different Levels of Detail (LOD / LOI) according to project/client’s requirements.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with BIM standards, BEP specifications, and internal quality guidelines.
• Perform quality control to verify geometric and dimensional accuracy against point clouds.
• Produce technical documentation derived from the model (drawings, views, sections, etc.).
• Provide technical support to other team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Engineering or related degree.
• +2 years of professional experience in BIM software and modeling tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit (mandatory)
• Experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) (preferred)....
