Real Property Specialist

The **Real Property** **Specialist** evaluates and recommends programs and development plans for new construction, renovation, and improvements of real property facilities, including utility systems. Will also coordinate and oversees the day-to-day operations, maintenance, personnel, and services at assigned location ensuring quality to the customer.

**Principal Accountabilities**

+ Contractor will attend meetings as required.
+ Will be responsible for the accounting and management of the installations real property records.
+ Shall ensure real property data is validated and kept current and new real property is properly accounted for in Government tracking systems.
+ Accounts for space utilization for base wide facilities.
+ Conducts space utilization studies and provides recommendations on how to more effectively utilize real property space on the installation.
