Location: Remote, with occasional on‑site meetings in Ottawa

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide consultative project management expertise to support the design, implementation, and optimization of a shared, flexible workspace model aligned with hybrid work and modernization initiatives.
• Assess current workspace usage, capacity, and utilization through review of space data, floor plans and occupancy metrics.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve space efficiency, collaboration and employee experience.
• Develop and recommend frameworks to support an unassigned desk model, including desk‑to‑employee ratios and functional zoning.
• Provide strategic guidance on workspace policies and guidelines, including booking windows, cancellations and usage standards....
