This role drives on-ground sales execution in Karjat — site visits, negotiation, close — and surfaces new project opportunities to our Supply team.

About This Role

You will own on-the-ground Karjat sales execution: site visits with prospective buyers and investors, deal negotiation, and closing brokerage transactions on NA (Non-Agricultural) plots and agricultural land. You will work closely with Avacasa‘s existing buyer pipeline, our Sales team and our Supply team on new project leads.
