Real Estate Sales Manager

You've built a team. You know Batangas. Now lead where it matters — at PHirst Park Homes, one of the Philippines' fastest-growing horizontal housing brands. We're looking for a proven Real Estate Sales Manager to own and drive growth in PHirst Lipa.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full leadership role — you own the sales performance of PHirst Lipa in Batangas. You'll have full authority to build, manage, and develop a team of Sales Executives, with the complete backing of PHirst's marketing, training, and project support teams. Your mission: move units, create homeowners, and lead a winning team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–4 Sales Executives to consistently hit monthly and quarterly targets

• Drive unit sales for PHirst Lipa — set goals, track performance, and hold the team accountable

• Source, qualify, and close prospective homebuyers in Lipa, Batangas and surrounding areas
