Our client, a well-established, client-focused law firm in Hanover, Massachusetts, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join their growing practice. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and clients on a variety of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions in a collaborative, supportive environment.


Location: Hanover, MA

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience)

Schedule: In Office M-F


Responsibilities:

+ Assist attorneys with all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and development matters.

+ Prepare, review, and organize closing documents and transaction files.

+ Order and review title examinations, municipal lien certificates, surveys, and zoning information.
