Job Title: Sourcing Manager – Real Estate

Location: South Mumbai

Role Summary:

Responsible for sourcing real estate leads by onboarding and managing local broker networks across South Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard and manage local property brokers and channel partners
• Source quality residential/commercial leads through broker networks
• Build strong relationships to ensure consistent deal flow
• Track, follow up, and coordinate leads with the sales team
• Maintain MIS and ensure compliance with sourcing guidelines

Requirements:

• 1–6 years of experience in real estate sourcing/channel sales
• Strong broker network in South Mumbai
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Result-driven with strong local market knowledge
