Position: Real Estate Manager

Reporting to: Managing Director Location: Chennai (Corporate Office) Qualification: Any Degree

Experience & Duties:

• Experience in Property Acquisition/ Real Estate Management.
• Must have experience in handling multiple properties.
• Revenue maximisation.
• Cost control.
• Security & Caretaking.
• Dealing with Statutory formalities, Property tax, Property maintenance, Rental income, etc.,
• Identifying location/ space conversion from agriculture to commercial/ residential & vice versa.
• Negotiating with landlords/ owners.
• Evaluating feasibility of locations.
• Facilitated solution conversation between the technical, projects, business and finance team.
• End to end responsible for Business expansion (property acquisition/ leasing).
• Responsible for Site selection, inter departmental clearances, due diligence, feasibility study,negotiations ...
