As the Senior Manager/Manager, Interior Design you will lead the team to:
Develop and detail interior design layouts aligned with creative vision, spatial planning, and standards.Create and manage interior design specifications ensuring compliance and alignment with project tiers.Produce visualizations to clearly communicate design intent and project aesthetics.Ensure all fixtures are precisely positioned and fully coordinated with surrounding elements, delivering a cohesive and integrated spatial environment.Oversee budgeting and ordering of interior design elements, ensuring timely delivery and cost optimization.Lead on-site styling to accurately realize the design vision through strategic placement of elements.Manage inventory to maintain availability and support project needs.THE QUALIFICATIONS
