Drive strategic real estate initiatives with BCAA as the Senior Manager, Real Estate and Facilities on an 18-month contract in Burnaby. Lead lifecycle management, optimise projects, and build a high-performing team.
This role reports directly to the VP, Channel Operations & Real Estate. As a visionary leader, you will play a critical part in enhancing BCAA's real estate portfolio and facilities operations. You will oversee site assessments, leasing activities, and deliver on diverse projects, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full lifecycle management of real estate portfolio
• Define strategy and goals for facilities initiatives
• Conduct data-driven assessments and recommendations
