Role Description This full-time Real Estate Agent role at Vallarta Seaside Properties is a hybrid position based in Puerto Vallarta, JAL, with a mix of on-site client meetings, property visits, and some work-from-home flexibility for administrative and follow-up tasks.
The Real Estate Agent will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property showings, advising clients on market conditions, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements.
Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date listings, preparing property presentations and marketing materials, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and guiding clients through the closing process.
The role also involves delivering responsive customer service, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and staying informed about local market trends, regulations, and new developments.
