We are seeking a professional and experienced Real Estate Brokerage Receptionist / Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our brokerage.
This role requires a candidate with previous real estate brokerage experience in Ontario who is comfortable drafting Agreements using SkySlope and broker loading listings on TRREB MLS.
In addition to transaction administration, the successful candidate will manage front desk reception duties, assist agents with administrative support, and help execute the brokerage’s marketing and social media initiatives.
We are looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced brokerage environment.
