Real Estate Accountant - $75-100k
Our client, a growing real estate property management group is seeking a Real Estate Accountant to join their team.
You will be responsible for managing the cash operations, debt administration, and banking activities, in addition to accounting & financial reporting activities for a diverse portfolio of real estate assets. Additional responsibilities will include ensuring that all properties have sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs while maintaining strict internal controls over fund movements. The ideal candidate will leverage real estate accounting software (Yardi, MRI, etc.) to optimize cash flow reporting and automate banking processes.
