React Developer with AI Engineering - Pakistan TECH Recruiter

Our client is a growing Saudi-based startup with operations in Wapda Town, Lahore, focused on building high-performing teams in a dynamic software development environment.

We want someone who spends an hour reasoning with Claude or GPT about architecture trade-offs before writing a single line of code, and then ships cleaner, faster, more maintainable systems because of it.

What you will do

• Own the technical architecture of client and internal projects from
  day one.
• Lead planning sessions with AI models (Claude, GPT, etc.) to design
  systems and validate approaches before execution.
• Coordinate and mentor a team of developers: review work, unblock
  them, keep delivery on track.
• Translate business requirements into clean, scalable technical
  solutions.
• Set engineering standards for AI-assisted tooling.
