REACH Family Support Worker

Position Objective

The REACH Family Support Worker provides trauma-informed, strengths-based outreach and therapeutic support to young people aged 12–17 years and their families engaged with the Broadmeadow Children’s Court. The role works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to address the underlying drivers of offending and family violence, improve safety and wellbeing, and support positive long-term outcomes for young people and their families.
