您的主要职责
Implement related facility policies and procedures in order to guide employee's work and improve section
efficiency.

People management development, mentor, develop and motivate them.

Planning and budget.

Allocate target to subordinates and monitor their performance to meet segment's annual goal and target.

Lead move activities and other CIP programs in section.

Collect all machine problems and analyzed, then improve preventive maintenance.

Perform daily inspection along with the production line.

Review demand and WIP of all process, and together define or adjust the daily production plan with planner.

Bottleneck process analysis, participating in monthly/weekly DCC.
