RD&I Engineer (M/F/D) - Healthcare & Nonwoven Area

At Colquímica Adhesives, we are dedicated to the development, production, and commercialization of high-performance technological adhesives. We are currently recruiting an RD&I Engineer (M/F/D) – Healthcare & Nonwoven Area for our site in Susão, Valongo.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the RD&I Area Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and scaling up new products.
• Conducting laboratory testing and research activities aimed at developing and innovating products and testing methods for the Healthcare & Nonwoven area.
• Preparing internal and external reports, maintaining databases, and supporting data management and analysis activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong team-oriented mindset and focus on collective success....
